I am really struggling with some kidney stones and my doctor recommended this supplement called Cystone. But I have no idea how to take cystone tablet properly. I get these painful episodes, and sometimes I end up in the ER just freaking out about the pain. I got my first prescription for Cystone three days ago, and honestly, I’m a bit confused about the dosage. Like, am I supposed to take it with food or on an empty stomach? Also, how many times a day? My doctor mentioned something about it helping break down the stones, but I feel like I need more info on how to take cystone tablet for it to be effective. I read some posts online where people mention drinking lots of water while using it, but is that really necessary? I’ve been trying to stay hydrated, but sometimes I just forget, and I don’t know if that’ll mess up the whole treatment. Ugh!
