My husband is having acid reflux every night and this makes him difficult to sleep. Is there a solution for this? My granddaughter is eleven years old and she is having trouble with dandruff in her hair. She washes most of the days but it’s still there. Can u help ?tq

Dandrion cream Apply half an hour before hairwash on the scalp

Coconut oil + Neem leaves(few) + Hibiscus flowers(10-15) + Fenugreek seeds (20-30) + Onion Juice/shredded onion. Boil it all together for half n hour on slow flame. Apply this oil twice or thrice a week a night before you have a hair wash.

Use 777 shampoo (JK’s Pharma) or G3 Hair shampoo (Abhinav Pharma) whichever is easily available for you.

Panchendriya vardhan Tailam. 2 drops in each nostril early in the morning empty stomach. Make the oil lukewarm.

If you can get a shiro swedan, shiro pichu and shirodhara procedure done at a panchakarma center near you, you may get excellent results.

For Acidity

Follow some simple lifestyle changes and dietary changes and you will see results for your problem.

For late night reflux there should be 2 hrs gap between dinner and bed time. Avoid heavy spicy food . Avoid late night eating. Stick to fix dinner time After 2 hrs of dinner 10 min slow walk. Better to shift jawar bhakri for dinner if possible. If any addiction better stop gradually. 30 min after dinner have some roasted makhana. Before lunch and dinner Hingwashtak churna with 5ml ghee first bite with chapati .
