Hello to all doctor .I am not able to eat anything spicy or out side food. Not able to digest. Red chili or green chili or any heavy spicy on occasion party also. Sensation in lower abdomen Constipation sensation in anal.That'sall temprary 2 or3 daysuggest me any ayurvedic product To improve digestion Age 39 Weight 84 Height 5 11 Body nature pitt Now changing pitt to vat as per nadi vaid

Lifestyle modifications - .Never skip breakfast. Eat something before 9 am . . Avoid prolonged sitting. Take 5 min break after sitting for 1 hour. .Walk for 30 minutes after dinner. .Take proper sleep at night.Sleep on your left side .
