NAMASTE, I recommend the following treatment plan for you- TREATMENT - 1. Chandraprabha vati 2-0-2 after meals. 2. Gokshuradi guggulu- 2 -0-2 after meals 3. Ashwagandha churna-1tsf with milk after breakfast or in the evening.

DIET- .Avoid foods that are spicy, oily, and acidic fooditems. .Take warm,homemade,easily digestible meals. .Avoid tea,coffee especially in the evening.

Exercises - Kegel exercise and pelvic floor exercises. YOGA-tadasana,utkatasana,malasana.

Lifestyle modifications - . Maintaining a good local hygiene is very important(wiping front to back). . Never hold urine for longer periods.
