HELLO, I recommend the following treatment plan for your condition- TREATMENT- 1.Dhootpapeshwar NISHA AMALAKI TABLET-1-0-1 BEFORE MEALS 2.CHANDRAPRABHA VATI -1-0-1 AFTER MEALS 3.MAMEJAVA VATI-1-0-1 AFTER MEALS

DIET- .Include fenugreek,bittergourd in your diet. .Avoid sweets, bakery products and sugary drinks. .Eat fruits like jamun, peach,kiwi ,avocado instead of grapes,banana and sweet pulpy fruits. .Reduce carbohydrates and fats from your diet and add protein sources.

YOGA- kapalbhati,anulom vilom,bhastrika

IMPORTANT TIPS- .Brisk walk 30 min daily in the morning and after dinner. .Practice yoga daily. .Monitor blood glucose levels regularly.
