Recurring Urine Infections and Persistent Symptoms - #45917

I had urine infection 3 times this year. Feb than aug now dec while urinating it burns and flow is also get restricted. Urine test shows 4 to 5 pus cells per hcf and am just 34 years old male why this problem keeps coming back. I dont have kidney stones too got it checked in ultra sound last tym, please suggest remedy to remove this problem permanently from my system.
