For a male aged 55 years, I'm experiencing issues with erectile dysfunction. Though the interest in sex is still high, I have an issue with erectile dysfunction. Over the years, I have excessively masturbated since younger days, but I also do realise that during masturbation, I now do not get the erection as strong as it used to be earlier. Please recommend me a course of treatment to address this issue.

What you are experiencing is very common around your age and it does not mean permanent damage or loss of masculinity The most important positive sign is that your interest in sex is still present This shows that the desire mechanism is intact and the issue is mainly related to erection quality and response
