What you should do now Drink more water (2.5–3 liters/day) Urine test (routine + culture) – very important Ultrasound KUB (kidney–ureter–bladder) If pain is mild Warm water fomentation on the side Avoid holding urine Avoid Painkillers on your own Very spicy food See a doctor urgently if Fever Burning urine increases Severe or continuous pain Blood in urine
