Postpartum Rectal Pain and Swelling Concerns - #48920

I gave birth in 2013 and afterwards I developed a swelling in my anus. Sometimes it was itchy and painful. In 2016 I gave birth anda few hours I had severe pain in my rectum. Since that time I experience the same pain though not frequently. What could be problem
