Hello Alex, Thanks for asking about whether Youvnamrit Vati is safe, especially with your heart condition and meds. It’s a really important question, and I’m glad you checked first! Just to recap, you’re a heart patient taking several meds, but you’re generally active and healthy. Now you’re wondering if Patanjali Divya Youvnamrit Vati is okay to take for vitality and sexual health. So, what’s Youvnamrit Vati? It’s a pretty potent Ayurvedic medicine that’s supposed to boost circulation, stimulate nerves, increase testosterone, and help with erections and stamina. But here’s the thing it can also raise your heart workload, increase your pulse, slightly raise your BP, and increase blood flow demand. Why is that risky for you? Well, if you have heart disease, BP issues, stents, arrhythmia, take blood thinners or beta blockers, Youvnamrit Vati could mess with your heart meds, raise your BP, cause palpitations, and stress your heart. So, the short answer is NO – it’s not safe for heart patients like yourself. What can you take instead? If you’re looking for more energy, better sex, and something that’s safe for your heart, try: 1. Ashwagandha capsules 1 capsule twice a day 2. Pure Shilajit capsules: 1 capsule each morning These can help with stamina and erections plus support your heart, and they shouldn’t interfere with your medications. DIET PLAN ✅INCLUDE – Garlic – Pomegranate – Beetroot – Ghee (just a little) – Coconut – Almonds And avoid: – Viagra-like herbs – Too many stimulants – Alcohol My advice Your heart is more important than anything else. Youvnamrit Vati isn’t safe for you, but there are definitely other, safer Ayurvedic options to boost your vitality. Warm Regards Dr. Snehal Vidhate

Hello Mr. Alex, good day to you too. -I would not consider Patanjali Divya Youvnamrit Vati automatically safe for you -Divya Youvnamrit Vati is an Ayurvedic/herbal formulation Herbal products can: Interfere with blood pressure medicines Affect heart rhythm Increase or decrease the effect of blood thinners (very important if you take aspirin, clopidogrel, warfarin, etc.) Stress the liver or kidneys, which affects how heart drugs are processed. - so I advised u to not take it.

General Guidance - Do not start without consulting your cardiologist — especially since you are already on multiple heart medications. - If approved, such tonics should be taken in very small doses and only for short periods, with monitoring of blood pressure, kidney function, and electrolytes. - Avoid self‑medication: Even if your overall health feels excellent, hidden interactions can be risky. Safer Ayurvedic Alternatives —(Supportive, not risky stimulants) - Arjunarishta / Arjuna capsules: Traditionally used for cardiac support. - Guduchi (Giloy): Gentle immunomodulator, safe for most heart patients. - Amla (Indian gooseberry): Antioxidant, supports heart and digestion.

No – Patanjali Divya Youvnamrit Vati is generally NOT safe for heart patients. ✓Why it is risky in your case Contains strong heating & stimulating herbs + processed minerals (Shilajit, Swarna Bhasma, etc.) Increases heart rate, blood pressure & cardiac workload in many people (especially with pre-existing heart condition) Can cause palpitations, chest discomfort, arrhythmia flare or BP spike = dangerous when already on multiple cardiac medications Many ingredients have potential drug-herb interactions with beta-blockers, calcium channel blockers, antiplatelets, statins, ACEi/ARBs, diuretics etc. ✓Safer alternatives for vitality/libido/energy Arjunarishta – 10–15 ml + 30 ml warm water twice daily after food Arjuna capsule (Himalaya/Baidyanath) – 500 mg twice daily Dashmoolarishta – 10 ml + 30 ml water twice daily Shatavari Kalpa – 5–10 gm night with warm milk ✓Most important Do NOT start Youvnamrit Vati or any strong Vajikarana medicine without showing the full ingredient list + your current cardiac medications to your cardiologist Even natural herbs can dangerously interact or increase cardiac demand Regards Dr Gursimran Jeet Singh MD Panchakarma
