You are taking: Cinod 20 mg (Cilnidipine – calcium channel blocker) Telma H 80 (Telmisartan + Hydrochlorothiazide) 👉 Fatigue, heaviness, low energy are common side effects, especially with long-term use and diuretics (H). ❗ VERY IMPORTANT (Please read first) ❌ Do NOT stop or replace BP medicines suddenly ❌ Ayurveda is NOT an instant substitute ✅ Ayurveda can support BP control, reduce side effects, and help gradual dose reduction ONLY under supervision 🌿 Why you’re feeling fatigue (Ayurvedic view) Long-term BP meds → Vata depletion Diuretic (H) → loss of electrolytes + Ojas Weak digestion → poor absorption Mental stress / overthinking → BP instability So treatment should: ✔ Calm Vata ✔ Nourish heart & nerves ✔ Reduce stress ✔ Support BP gently 🌿 SAFE AYURVEDIC SUPPORT (Can be taken ALONG WITH current medicines) 1️⃣ For BP control & fatigue Sarpagandha Ghana Vati Dose: ½ tablet at night Helps calm BP, anxiety, sleep ⚠️ Do NOT exceed dose ⚠️ Avoid if BP already low 2️⃣ For weakness & fatigue Ashwagandha churna ½ tsp at night with warm milk or water Improves energy, reduces drug-related fatigue 3️⃣ For heart & stress Arjuna churna ½ tsp morning with warm water Strengthens heart, supports BP 4️⃣ For digestion (very important) Triphala churna ½ tsp at night Improves absorption & energy 🧘 Lifestyle that REALLY helps BP 15–20 min daily walk Anulom-Vilom + Bhramari pranayam Avoid late nights Reduce salt slightly (not zero) ⚠️ What NOT to do ❌ Do not stop Telma/Cinod on your own ❌ Do not take multiple BP herbs together ❌ Avoid licorice (mulethi) regularly in BP patients 🟢 Can BP medicines be reduced in future? 👉 YES, in some patients, IF: BP stays stable for months Weight, stress, sleep improve Under doctor monitoring Gradual tapering only Many patients reach lower doses, not complete stoppage. ✅ Practical Plan for You Continue current BP meds Add Ashwagandha + Arjuna Add ½ Sarpagandha tablet at night Monitor BP morning & evening After 4–6 weeks → review with doctor for possible dose adjustment
