Is arjuna helpful to my cardio health as l have A Fib under control with Tambocor and use xarelto anticoagulant. I do not have sticky blood. I am a fit active 78 yrs

yes you can use it on regular basis - The preparation should be arjunaksheer paka - halg glass of milk + half glass of water + 1 spoon of arjuna powder - heat it tll water part evaporated - make it luke warm and drink - this has more beneficial effect than usual arjuna churna.
