Ik heb last van hogebloeddruk maar ook stress. Ik reageer niet goed op Amlodipine. Ik wil graag over gaan op Himalaya Arjuna. Vooral om wat controle te krijgen over de spanning in mijn lijf. Watis wijsheid?
