ECG, 2D Echo, and angiogram are normal, the pain may be related to stress, anxiety, or Vata aggravation after emotional shock • Arjuna Tablets – 2 tablets twice daily after food. • Manasamitra Vatakam – 1 tablet at bedtime with warm milk. • Ashwagandha Churna – 3 g twice daily with warm milk after food. • Saraswatarishta – 15 ml + 15 ml water twice daily after meals. Lifestyle Regular sleep, meditation, pranayama (Anulom-Vilom) 10–15 minutes daily. • Avoid excess tea, coffee, stress, and late nights

Namaste, Since your ECG, 2D Echo, and Angiogram are normal, your heart is structurally healthy. The daily stabbing pain, heaviness, and freezing sensations are a psychosomatic response triggered by the severe emotional shock and constant worry from your financial loss, this emotional trauma vitiates Vata Dosha and disturbs the Sadhaka Pitta and Prana Vayu residing in the heart . 👇👇👇👇👇👇👇 You are already taking excellent baseline support with Arjuna and Manasamitra Vatakam. To target the deep-seated Vata Imbalance, heavy feeling, and nervous anxiety, i will recommend you something else also 👇👇👇👇👇👇👇👇👇👇 1) Hridayarnava Rasa -1 tablet twice a day before food with warm water or warm milk 2) Dhanwantharam Kwatham- 15 ml mix with 60 ml warm water twice a day on empty stomach around 6:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. daily 3) Manasamitra Vatakam-1 tablet twice a day aur just before bedtime 4) Arjuna Arishtam- 15 ml twice a day after food with equal quantity of warm water 👇👇👇👇👇👇👇👇👇👇👇👇👇👇👇 1) Practice 10-15 minutes of Nadi Shodhana (Alternate Nostrill Breathing) and Bhramari Pranayama daily. 2) Consume warm, freshly cooked, and easily digestible semi-solid meals. Avoid raw salads, cold drinks, deep-fried items, and highly gaseous foods (like potatoes, brassicas, or heavy pulses), as increased gut gas directly triggers pseudo-cardiac discomfort. 3) Massage the soles of your feet with warm Sesame oil before sleeping to grounded the hyperactive Vata and improve sleep quality.

Since your ECG, 2D Echo, and Angiogram are normal, and the symptoms started after a significant financial loss and emotional shock, Ayurveda would often view this as a condition involving Manovaha Srotas (mind channels) along with aggravation of Vata and Rajas dosha, affecting the emotional and cardiac system. The sensation of heart pain, heaviness, tightness, “freezing” feeling in the heart, frequent worry, and emotional distress can sometimes occur when unresolved stress and grief deeply affect the mind and nervous system. Ayurvedic Understanding In Ayurveda, the heart (Hridaya) is considered the seat of: Consciousness Emotions Mind (Manas) Ojas (vital energy) A sudden emotional shock, grief, financial loss, or prolonged anxiety can disturb these systems, leading to symptoms despite normal cardiac investigations. Rx 1. Arjuna Tablet / Arjunarishta Continue as advised, as Arjuna is one of Ayurveda’s best cardiotonic herbs. For Stress, Anxiety & Emotional Healing 2. Manasamitra Vatakam Continue if it is helping with mental calmness and sleep. 3. Brahmi Vati 1 tablet twice daily after meals. 4. Saraswatarishta 15–20 ml with equal water after meals twice daily. Diet Recommendations Prefer: Warm, freshly prepared meals Cow’s ghee in moderation Almonds (soaked), dates, raisins Pomegranate, amla, and seasonal fruits Avoid: Excess tea, coffee, and stimulants Very spicy, fried, and processed foods Skipping meals Excessive news, negative discussions, and stress triggers Lifestyle & Mind Healing Daily Practice 15–20 minutes of Anulom Vilom Pranayama Bhramari Pranayama for calming the heart and mind Gentle morning walk Meditation or prayer for 10–15 minutes daily Maintain a regular sleep schedule

••Suggested Ayurvedic Protocol To relieve the frequent pain, heaviness, and freezing sensations, you may consider discussing the addition of the following classical formulations with your treating physician: 1. To Relieve Pain and the “Freezing” Sensation (Vata-Anulomana) ••Divya Prabhakar Vati: This is a classical herbo-mineral formulation specifically indicated for functional heart pain, palpitations, and strengthening the cardiac muscles. •Dosage: 1 tablet twice a day after meals with warm water. •Dashamoolarishta: A fermented liquid preparation that is highly effective in pacifying aggravated Vata in the chest cavity. It relieves chest tightness, aches, and that cold, “freezing” feeling by improving localized circulation. Dosage: 15–20 ml with an equal quantity of lukewarm water, twice a day, about 20 minutes after meals. 2. To Address Heaviness and Emotional Sinking •Hridayarnava Rasa: A classical formulation often used when chest pain is deeply intertwined with emotional trauma, anxiety, and a feeling of a heavy heart. •Dosage: 1 tablet twice a day (usually crushed and taken with a little honey or warm water) under direct medical supervision. 3. Enhancing Your Current Routine Continue your Manasamitra Vatakam (ideally 1 tablet at bedtime with warm milk or water) as it will continue to heal the psychological trauma of the shock from six months ago. If you are taking Arjuna in dry tablet/capsule form, switching to or adding Arjuna Ksheer Pak (Arjuna bark decoction prepared with milk and water) can be incredibly soothing for a “Vata-dry” and anxious heart. Milk acts as a Anupana (carrier) that deeply nourishes and calms the nervous system. Crucial Dietary & Lifestyle Therapies (Upashaya) Because this pain is functional and rooted in the nervous system, internal medicine must be paired with external calming therapies: ••Local Hridya Pichu (Warm Oil Compress): Soak a sterile cotton pad in warm Ksheerabala Taila or Dhanwantharam Taila and place it over the center of your chest (cardiac region) for 15–20 minutes daily. This deeply pacifies Prana Vayu, instantly reducing the “freezing” and clutching sensations. ••Deep, Gentle Breathing (Pranayama): Practice Anulom Vilom (Alternate Nostril Breathing) very gently for 10 minutes morning and evening. Do not hold your breath (avoid Kumbhaka); keep it fluid to soothe the nervous system. ••Dietary Adjustments: Avoid cold, dry, or gas-producing foods (like brassicas, deep-fried snacks, or ice-cold water) as they further aggravate Vata and increase chest discomfort via gastric pressure. Consume warm, freshly cooked, semi-solid meals with a small amount of Ghee.

Namaste. Since your ECG, 2D Echo, and Angiogram are normal, and the symptoms started after a major financial shock, the pain and heaviness may be related to stress, anxiety, and emotional strain affecting the heart-mind connection. Continue Arjuna tablets. For better support: Arjuna tablet – Continue as advised Manasamitra Vatakam – Continue as advised Ashwagandha capsule – 1 capsule twice daily after food Saraswatarishta – 15 ml with equal water twice daily after food Also practice deep breathing, meditation, and a 30-minute daily walk. These often help significantly when stress is the main trigger. ⚠️ If you develop chest pain on exertion, breathlessness, sweating, dizziness, or worsening symptoms, consult your cardiologist again promptly. Regards, Dr Raghuveer (Ayurvedacharya)
