To manage a total cholesterol of 241 and LDL of 162, Ayurveda focuses on correcting Meda Dhatu Agni (fat metabolism). When this “fire” is sluggish, “bad” fats accumulate in the blood. I have prescribed medications ,take medication consistently and you will start to see improvement slowly because ayurveda works on root cause so it takes time . The Dos✅ • Fiber is Your Friend: Increase intake of soluble fiber. Start your day with oats, barley, or a bowl of fresh papaya.  • Warm Water Always: Sip warm water throughout the day. In Ayurveda, this is called Ushnodaka, which helps “melt” and flush out fat-soluble toxins (Ama).  • Garlic & Ginger: Include 1-2 cloves of fresh garlic and a small piece of ginger in your cooking daily. Garlic is one of nature’s best LDL-lowering agents.  • Stress Management: Since you mentioned high stress, practice Nadi Shodhana (Alternate Nostril Breathing) for 10 minutes daily. Stress creates cortisol, which can raise cholesterol levels regardless of diet.  The Don’ts❌ • Avoid “Abhishyandi” Foods: Stop eating foods that cause “clogging” or stickiness, such as curd (yogurt), heavy creams, cheese, and deep-fried items.  • Limit Red Meat: If you eat non-veg, switch to lean protein like steamed fish or chicken breast, and avoid red meats entirely until your levels normalize.  • No Daytime Naps: Sleeping during the day (Diva Swapna) is strictly forbidden in Ayurveda for those with high Kapha or fat levels, as it slows down metabolism.  • Stop Refined Sugars: Excess sugar is converted by the liver into triglycerides and VLDL (very bad cholesterol). ** Since you mentioned needing help “as soon as possible,” the combination of Liposem and a strict warm-water-only diet (avoiding all cold drinks) can show noticeable results in a blood test within 45–60 days.

Your levels (LDL 162, Total 241) indicate Pitta–Kapha imbalance with Meda (fat) dhatu dushti in Ayurveda. Management focuses on improving digestion (Agni) and reducing excess fat accumulation. Rx Arjuna (Terminalia arjuna) – Supports heart and lipid balance Guggulu preparations (like Triphala Guggulu or Medohar guggulu) – Helps reduce LDL and fat metabolism Triphala – Detoxifies and improves digestion Lasuna (garlic) – Natural cholesterol reducer amla (Indian Gooseberry) – Antioxidant, balances Pitta and lipids Simple Regimen Take Triphala churna 1 tsp at bedtime with warm water arjuna powder 1 tsp twice daily after meal Diet & Lifestyle Avoid: fried, oily, dairy excess, sugar, red meat Prefer: warm, light food, barley, oats, green vegetables Use garlic + turmeric in cooking Daily exercise + stress control (Pranayama, meditation)

1.Lasuna tablets 2 tab twice daily with water after meals 2.Medohara guggulu 2 tab twice daily with water after meal 3.Arjunarishta 20 ml with 20 ml water twice daily after meals Lifestyle & Diet Adjustments Since you mentioned experiencing high stress, Ayurveda emphasizes that mental state directly affects your metabolism. -Stress Management: Incorporate Pranayama (breathwork) or meditation daily to lower cortisol, which can influence cholesterol production. -Dietary Focus: Since you’ve already made significant changes, ensure you are prioritizing “Kapha-pacifying” foods like barley, oats, and bitter greens while strictly avoiding heavy, fried, and processed foods. -Amla (Indian Gooseberry): High in antioxidants, Amla helps manage Pitta and supports lipid profiles.
