Managing Coronary Artery Disease and Cervical Spondylosis with Ayurvedic Remedies - #51084

I have chronic coronary artery disease and cardiomyopathy. I also have cervical spondylosis. Prescription medications for CAD do not work, and only make things worse. I take 1.5g of arjuna powder every morning with cinnamon, which helps some. But I am also wondering if it is safe for me to take either ashwagandha or guggulu powder as well. And if so, how much? Thank you
