Seeking Advice on Adding Supplements for Heart and Spine Health - #51087

I have chronic coronary artery disease and cardiomyopathy. I also have cervical spondylosis. I no longer take prescription medications as my cardiologist admits they are not working at all. After researching, I decided to start taking 1.5g of arjuna with a little cinnamon every morning. That has been noticeably helping. I was wondering if it would be safe to also add either ashwagandha or guggulu later in the day. And if so, what dose? Thank you
