Your condition is serious and high-risk. Blockages in LAD (60–70%) and RCA (80%) with chest pain indicate significant coronary artery disease. Ayurveda can support. Ayurvedic Support (Adjunct, not alternative): 1. Hridya (Heart-support herbs) Arjuna (Terminalia arjuna) – improves cardiac strength Pushkarmool – supports coronary circulation Lasuna (Garlic) – helps lipid reduction 2. Medicines (under supervision) Arjuna Ksheer Pak (with milk) Lasunadi Vati Prabhakar Vati 3. Diet (Pathya) Light, warm, low-oil diet Avoid: fried, processed, excess salt Include: garlic, oats, green vegetables, flaxseed 4. Lifestyle gentle walking (avoid heavy exertion) Stress control (pranayama, meditation) Proper sleep

Hello, Managing significant coronary blockages with elevated creatinine requires a very careful, integrated approach. While Ayurveda offers supportive care, coronary artery disease (CAD) of this severity is a high-risk condition. In Ayurveda, this is viewed as Hridroga, caused by an imbalance of Kapha (leading to plaque/fat accumulation) and Vata (causing narrowing and hardening of arteries). The goal is Lekhana (scraping the blockages) and Hridya (strengthening the cardiac muscles). 1. Liposem Tablets Dose: 2 tablets twice daily after food. Purpose: Helps in managing cholesterol and clearing arterial congestion. 2. Arjunarishtam Dose: 20 ml with an equal quantity of lukewarm water, twice daily after food. Purpose: A primary cardiac tonic to improve heart muscle strength. 3. Kshirabala 101 Drops Dose: 5 to 10 drops mixed in a cup of warm milk or water, twice daily. Purpose: Acts as a Vata-hara to help with the “difficulty” or discomfort felt in the chest. 4. Punarnavadi Kashayam Dose: 15 ml diluted with 45 ml of boiled and cooled water, twice daily on an empty stomach. Purpose: Specifically included to support kidney function due to your creatinine levels (1.3–1.5). Your creatinine levels (1.3–1.5) indicate mild to moderate kidney stress. If you proceed with Angioplasty (PCI), the contrast dye used can further stress the kidneys (Contrast-Induced Nephropathy). This is likely why the procedure is considered “difficult” or risky. The LAD (Left Anterior Descending) artery is often called the “widow-maker” because it supplies the front of the heart. A 70% blockage there is clinically significant. Do not attempt to manage 80% and 70% blockages with Ayurveda alone. These medicines should be used as Adjuvant Therapy alongside your Allopathic cardiac medications (like blood thinners and statins).

You have a cardiac condition and accompanied renal issue; you need to remember that all medications are excreted by the kidney even if medications are Ayurvedic Go for allopathy medications at this conditions. For support you can take Syp. Arjunarishta 2 tsp twice a day after food.
