Hello Sir, Can i take gokshura as my tetesterone level is 5.4 and vitamin d is 17 and hba1c is 6.1 , and i am having problem of erectile dysfunction and low energy, Today my physician gave me vitamin d3 1000 and told me to consult urologist, Is it ok to use gokshura tablets and is there any side effect consuming this tablet.

Simple Ayurvedic Plan Gokshura tablet – 1 tablet twice daily after food Ashwagandha churna/tablet – at night with warm milk Continue Vitamin D3 as advise exposure to sunlight Since HbA1c is 6.1 Avoid sugar, bakery, cool drinks Reduce white rice at night Daily 30 mins walking Good sleep (7–8 hrs) Sugar control improves erectile function naturally.
