Ki dly firstly do ab scrotum ultrasound and urine routine and Microscopic early as possible. —bcz it may be sign of varicocoele, inguinal hernia, any infection, hydrocele — so to find proper diagnosis firstly do these tests.
Swelling in the rt scrotal region must be evaluated properly once get an ultrasound scrotum to rule out hydrocele / varicose/ epididymitis / hernia for proper treatment
