It’s treatment lies in improving your digestive health and metabolism. Atleast 2 months of regular treatment and monitoring is necessary. Start with * kaiduryadi kashayam 15ml twice daily before food mixed with 60 ml luke warm water * Dadimashtak choorna 3 gm twice daily after food mixed with butter milk * Draksharishta 30 ml twice daily after food * Dhanwantaram gulika 2tab+lasunadi vati 1tab thrice daily before food These will gently support your digestive health until we can start using stronger medications and ghee preparations intended for permanent solution. Stick to fresh boiled or steam cooked food items without much spice salt oil and masala.
