Understanding My Constipation and Urination Issues - #50806

Brown
FREE

I have constipation for 2 weeks now but it's healing as i eat vegetables and I did squats Excercise 3 days back, so i don't know if it's the Excercise or the constipation or another issue the cause: the muscles below my abdomen that activates when i push out poop or force urine out, hurts me when I push out poop or urine. And also since I was little i find it difficult to start urinating sometimes , sometimes I have to squat down or intentionally poop so the urine accompany the poop to start urinating, but i feel no pain urinating or pains . And I'm 26 years of age, male. And I'm a virgin no sex yet . And i was porn and masturbation addict(off for 2 months now) I used feel pains on my legs, chest, hand, waist pains after masturbating untill 3, 4 days after eating well. Trying to give my medical history

1️⃣ Pain in lower abdominal / pelvic muscles when pushing You said: Constipation for 2 weeks (improving) Did squats 3 days ago Pain in muscles below abdomen when pushing urine or stool This area is the pelvic floor muscles. These muscles: Help push stool Help control urine Get activated during squats Get strained during constipation Very likely causes: 👉 Mild pelvic floor strain 👉 Muscle soreness from squats 👉 Straining during constipation If it were something serious, you would have: Severe pain Fever Burning urination Blood Swelling You don’t have those. So this sounds muscular. 2️⃣ Difficulty starting urination since childhood This is very important. You said: Sometimes hard to start urine Sometimes squat to help Sometimes need to poop so urine comes No pain No burning This pattern suggests: 👉 Pelvic floor dysfunction OR 👉 Functional urinary hesitancy OR 👉 Anxiety-related urinary inhibition Some people unconsciously tighten pelvic muscles when trying to urinate. Especially people who: Are anxious Overthink body sensations Had long-term masturbation habits with pelvic clenching This is NOT caused by being a virgin. 3️⃣ Masturbation history and pain after You said: Porn & masturbation addiction Pain in legs, chest, waist after Felt weak for 3–4 days That pattern is very common in: 👉 Anxiety + guilt-related somatic symptoms 👉 Pelvic muscle over-clenching during masturbation 👉 Nervous system exhaustion Masturbation does NOT cause permanent nerve damage. But excessive pelvic muscle tightening can cause: Pelvic pain Leg discomfort Lower back pain Now that you stopped for 2 months, your system is stabilizing. 4️⃣ What is likely happening now You had: Constipation → Straining Squats → Pelvic muscle soreness Existing pelvic tension → Increased awareness Now when you push urine or stool, those muscles hurt. This is mechanical, not dangerous. ✅ What You Should Do Now 1️⃣ Stop Straining Completely Do not force urine. Do not force stool. Let it come naturally. 2️⃣ Pelvic Floor Relaxation (Not Kegels!) Very important: You likely need relaxation, not strengthening. Do this 2–3 times daily: Lie down Deep belly breathing When inhaling, imagine pelvic floor expanding When exhaling, let it drop/relax No pushing. 3️⃣ For Constipation You already improved with: Vegetables Squats Continue: ✔ 2–3 liters water daily ✔ Fiber gradually ✔ Walking ✔ Do NOT sit on toilet more than 5 minutes 4️⃣ For Urination Difficulty When urinating: Sit down instead of standing Take deep breaths Relax belly Do NOT push If stream starts weak but no pain — that’s functional, not dangerous.
