Discomfort and Urination Issues in Lower Abdomen - #50915

I feel mild pain or discomfort just below my abdomen where my Pubic hair grow, and the muscles around that area hurts me mildly too when I try to force poop or start urine. And I have difficulties starting urinating and the stream flow starts small but no pain so i do squat or just poop to Kickstart urinating. I had constipation for 2 weeks, it's mild now and healing and i did some squat workou. I'm 26 years old male and have been masturbating since 15 averaging at once a day at least and i used have chest, legs and different pains around my body, my eyes/vision strained and I'll have to break for like a weak to heal and start again but i am healing, no longer enjoyed real sexual experience but i am off for 2 months now, no porn,masturbation but Been having low libido and weak erection after i stopped porn and masturbation

✅ Pelvic Floor Muscle Tension (with recent constipation strain) 📍 Where the problem is happening That area just above pubic hair contains: Pelvic floor muscles Bladder outlet Prostate Urethra When you: Strain during constipation Do heavy squats Force urine Stay anxious These muscles tighten. When pelvic muscles are tight: Urine takes time to start Stream starts small Mild pain below abdomen Pain while forcing stool Feeling of pressure This is muscle spasm — not organ damage. 🔎 Why Libido Dropped After Stopping Porn Very common. After quitting daily porn/masturbation: Dopamine temporarily drops Brain sensitivity resets Libido feels low Erections feel weaker This is called withdrawal / flatline phase. If: You sometimes get morning erections Or erection during fantasy Then hormones are fine. Low libido right now is brain adjustment + stress.
