hi... my age 40, weight 90kg, height 174cm i have problem choronic constipation,bloating,weakness,weight gain problem plz tell medicin for that.

Avipattikar tablet 1-0-# after food with water. Drink warm water through out the day Skip one meal either breakfast or lunch and dinner have early dinner consisting of soup salad vegetable. Brisk walking atleast 30 minutes daily Do pranayam lom -vilom bhastrika kapalbhati brahmri daily for 5-10mins twice. Avoid processed fatty foods fast foods, sugary foods.

Hello, 1. Please start to exercise(brisk walk/moderate gym workouts/yogasana) for an hour a day. 2. Drink 2.5 liters of boiled warm water a day. 3. Avoid meat for 90 days(one egg a day is allowed) 4. Avoid deep fries, out side food, biscuits, maida based food. 5. Avoid chana, rajma, green less. 6. Increase vegetables and fruits in your diet. 7. Follow a set routine to go to bed and to wake up.
