बालों की जड़ों को पोषण देता है। शैम्पू के सुझाव दिव्य केश कांति एडवांस्ड (पतंजलि) = एक शक्तिशाली हर्बल शैम्पू जिसमें बालों को सफेद होने से रोकने और बालों का झड़ना रोकने वाले तत्व शामिल हैं। ट्राइचप हर्बल शैम्पू (VASU) = केराटिन + जड़ी-बूटियों का मिश्रण = रूसी (dandruff) कम करता है। कोट्टक्कल नीलीभृंगादि शैम्पू = सौम्य है, लेकिन बालों की जड़ों (follicles) को गहराई से पोषण देता है। तनाव के लिए - मानस मित्र वटकम् (AVS या आर्य वैद्य फार्मेसी) लें - 1 गोली रात को सोते समय गर्म दूध के साथ, 1 महीने तक = मानसिक तनाव या अनिद्रा (नींद न आने) के कारण बालों के सफेद होने या झड़ने की समस्या में इस्तेमाल किया जाता है। नस्य चिकित्सा (NASYA THERAPY) - रोज़ सुबह, हर नथुने में ‘केश्या तैल’ की 2 बूंदें डालें = बालों और मस्तिष्क के स्वास्थ्य को बेहतर बनाता है। खान-पान में बदलाव - अपने भोजन में आँवला, करी पत्ता, काले तिल (1 चम्मच रोज़), गाय का घी (1 चम्मच रोज़), कद्दू के बीज, बादाम, अखरोट, मोटे अनाज (रागी, ज्वार), ताज़े फल, हरी पत्तेदार सब्ज़ियाँ, मूँग दाल, चावल और पुराने गेहूँ को शामिल करें। इन चीज़ों से बचें - मसालेदार, खट्टे और फर्मेंटेड (खमीर वाले) भोजन; तैलीय, जंक और पैकेटबंद भोजन; चाय, कॉफ़ी, शराब; बहुत ज़्यादा नमक या चीनी। अपने दिन की शुरुआत भीगे हुए किशमिश और बादाम, तथा नींबू और शहद मिले गर्म पानी के साथ करें। जीवनशैली और योग - सर्वांगासन = सिर की त्वचा में रक्त संचार को बेहतर बनाता है। अधोमुख श्वानासन = बालों की जड़ों तक पोषक तत्वों की पहुँच को बढ़ाता है। शशांकासन = तनाव को शांत करता है। प्राणायाम = वात और पित्त दोषों को संतुलित करता है और तनाव कम करता है। दिनचर्या के सुझाव - रात को 10 बजे तक जल्दी सो जाएँ। -स्क्रीन पर ज़्यादा समय बिताने से बचें -सोने से पहले स्कैल्प पर तेल लगाएं -लकड़ी की कंघी इस्तेमाल करें (प्लास्टिक से बचें) अपेक्षित परिणामों की समय-सीमा 1 महीना - बालों का झड़ना कम होगा, फ्रिज़ कंट्रोल होगा, डैंड्रफ कम होगा 3 महीने - जड़ें मज़बूत होंगी, बाल कम टूटेंगे, नए बाल उगेंगे 6+ महीने = बाल सफ़ेद होने की गति धीमी होगी, बालों का वॉल्यूम और टेक्सचर बेहतर होगा लगातार पालन करें उम्मीद है कि यह आपके लिए मददगार होगा धन्यवाद
