Dietary Management for My Brother's Abdominal Pain and Constipation - #51646

My 14 yrs brother get rebound tenderness what to do now for the treatment. He has pain in right side of lower abdomen and he is always having constipation . I want to know about the dietary management it and we don't want to do surgery . And he is having fever from last 2 night and we have done USG and get to know rebound tenderness

Tenderness and rebound tenderness
It is the clinical findings it is not the final diagnosis I think he is having intense pain so they have not done the scan Ok let’s see initially controll the pain with some emergency medicine After that they may again do the USG scan and diagnose it So please wait for some days until the pain is reduced till that follow what the allopathy doctor advices to u and then come and meet us Thank you 😊
