✓Ayurvedic Prescription 1. Gandhak Rasayan Dosage: 2 tablets twice daily. Time: After meals with warm water. 2. Mahamanjisthadi Kwath Dosage: 15 ml mixed with 15 ml of warm water. Time: Twice daily, after meals. 3. Sahacharadi Kashayam Dosage: 15 ml mixed with 15 ml warm water. Keep your legs elevated on a pillow while sleeping. ✓Foods to avoid : Yogurt/Curd (highly heating and blocks circulation) Tomatoes, tamarind, vinegar, and all sour fruits Chilies, excess garlic, and pungent spices Fermented foods (dosa, idli, alcohol) and deep-fried items ✓Foods to include: Hydration: Ash gourd (winter melon) juice, coconut water, and cucumber. Dairy: pure cow’s ghee (cools internal heat) and plain warm milk. Grains & Lentils: moong dal (green gram) and old rice. Fruits: sweet, non-citrus fruits like apples, melons, and sweet grapes.
