Stop Neeri immediately If rash is spreading fast, with swelling, burning, or breathing discomfort, seek urgent medical care, do not experiment at home If symptoms are not severe -Start an antihistamine (like cetirizine) once daily -Apply calamine lotion to soothe skin -If it is more serious steroids maybe needed, but that needs proper assessment from a doctor Once the acute reaction is controlled, you can support recovery with- -Mahamanjishthadi Kwath Diet & lifestyle •Take light, cooling diet (khichdi, moong dal, rice) •Avoid spicy, fried, sour, and hot foods •Drink plenty of water

Gulguluthikthakam Kwath (Liquid) This is a powerful blood purifier that addresses inflammatory skin conditions and “cleanses” the blood of the irritants causing the rash. ​Dose: 15 ml mixed with 45 ml of lukewarm water, taken twice daily on an empty stomach (usually before breakfast and dinner). ​3. Eladi Kerathailam (External Application) This is a coconut oil-based preparation (which is naturally cooling, unlike sesame oil) containing the Eladi Gana of herbs, specifically designed for rashes, itching, and urticaria. ​Usage: Apply gently over the affected areas. Do not rub vigorously. Leave it on for at least 30–40 minutes before washing with lukewarm (not hot) water. ​Immediate First Aid Measures ​Coconut Water: Drink fresh coconut water twice a day to cool the internal system and soothe the urinary tract (since Neeri was likely being taken for renal/urinary issues). ​Avoid Heat: Stay in a cool environment and avoid hot showers, which will further dilate the capillaries and worsen the rash. ​Diet: Stick to a strict Pitta-pacifying diet for the next 3 to 5 days—avoid salt, chilies, spices, and fermented foods (like curd or idli batter).

After taking neeri your dealing with a severe Rash which pointing towards hypersensitivity reaction or a state of Sheetapitta which is due to the aggravation of Pitta and Rakta toxins So we will focus on pacifying with detoxify the blood 1) sereen tablet - one tablet twice daily after food 2) manjisthadi kwath- 15 ml with 45 ml lukewarm water twice daily before food 3) vilwadi gulika- one tablet twice daily Crushed and it with honey 4) pinda thailam - apply gently over the Rash Include old rise Barley mung daal Khichdi Karela Lauki pumpkin and leafy green vegetable pomegranate and Amla coconut water or water boiled with coriander seed and then cooled drinks throughout the day Avoid spicy Chillies black paper garlic and Ginger curd idli dosa and pickles heavy deep fried item heavy sweets Sea food reduce salt intake temporary Stay away from direct sunlight or hot environment use clean cloth Vipin cooled water or rose water to apply on itchy area do not scratch that area
