Don’t go for a cleanse now as your agni is not stable yet. Focus on stabilization of agni and slight nourishment with small frequent meals. Cooked rice with more water can be taken. You can add cumin and salt a little bit. Rice with little lentils can also be taken but make sure you haven’t any problem with lentil. Well cooked vegetables along with mild spices can be intake. You can stop ghee as it is causing more difficult. Butter can be used for that. 1. Dadimashtaka choornam 1/2 tsp around 5g twice a day for 1 week along with buttermilk. It will improve appetite, maintain in electrolytic balance, relieve IBS.
It is not required to take too many drugs. You need to improve digestion.and balance gut.and proper absorption of nutrients is required. Start with Heposem syrup will improve digestion. Biogest will help in proper digestion. Prevent aam formation. Jeerakarisht will improve the agni inside you. Take this for 15 days and then follow.

Dadimadi Ghritam (in very small doses) Since you are struggling with plain ghee, this medicated ghee is processed with Pomegranate and spices. It is specifically used for malabsorption and anemia. Dose: 1/2 teaspoon mixed into your warm congee or kitchari. Do not take it on an empty stomach right now since pure fats make you nauseous. 2. Vilwadi Lehyam This is a herbal jam specifically for nausea, vomiting, and digestive upset. It is excellent for “calming the upward movement” of Vata that causes nausea. Dose: 5 grams (about 1 teaspoon) to be licked slowly 2 or 3 times a day, about 30 minutes before meals. 3. Mustarishtam This is a fermented liquid preparation containing Musta (Nagarmotha). It is the premier herb for “Pitta-Vata” digestive issues and “Amavata” (toxic wind). It helps firm up loose stools and improves absorption. Dose: 15 ml mixed with 15 ml of lukewarm water, taken twice daily after your largest meals. 4. Kutajakalpa (Kutaja Parpata Vati) If the stools become loose or “mushy” again, this helps “stambhana” (holding/binding) without causing constipation. Dose: 1 tablet twice daily after food with warm water. Dietary Adjustments for This Transition Respect the Ghee Aversion: If ghee causes nausea, your body is saying “no” to heavy lipids. But you also said to take musta capsules before lunch and dinner, aren’t musta and nagarmotha the same thing? I am only managing very small meals at the moment which makes regular eating times hard, should I add in a set time for a mid-morning and mid-afternoon small meal alongside breakfast, lunch and dinner? Focus only on stabilizing Agni and calming both doshas. ✓Immediate diet (next 5–7 days) Best: Plain moong dal khichdi (70% water consistency) + ½–1 tsp ghee or butter (use butter if ghee still nauseates). Add small amounts of well-cooked carrot or lauki if tolerated. Eat small portions every 2–3 hours. Craving toast + butter: OK in very small amounts (white bread/toast lightly buttered, warm). Drink warm fennel-cumin water (½ tsp each boiled) in small sips throughout day. ✓Strictly avoid: raw, cold, sour, spicy, heavy, or multi-ingredient foods. ✓Daily routine Vajrasana 5–10 min after every meal. Gentle warm sesame oil abdominal massage (clockwise, very light) 5 min morning & night. Yoga Nidra + equal breathing – continue. Early light dinner (finish by 7 pm).
