hinguwadi churan tablet - 1 tab with lukewarm water after meals avipathi chooran - 1 tsp (5 gm ) with warm water at bedtime kumaryasavam - 20 ml with equal water after lunch n dinner diet - add more fruits n vegetables ,include A2 cow ghee ,add hing to diet , get more hydration avoid - potato , brinjal , carbonated drink like soda , limit caffeine use herbal teas do little workout and walk daily

First go for abdomen and pelvis USG scanning, to figure out any uterine disorders. Do blood test for hemoglobin and thyroid profile. If everything is normal you can take, Kumaryasava: 10ml-10ml-10ml with hot water after food Triphala tablet: 1-1-1 before food Shatapushpa choornam: 2tsp-0-0 with ghee, 30min before breakfast. LIFESTYLE: Exercise everyday avoid coffee, tea, cool drinks regulate sleep, stress etc
