Triphala Churna  1 tsp at night with warm water
For healing
Gandhak Rasayan  2 tablets, 2 times daily
For pain & burning
Apply Jatyadi Taila 2–3 times daily (before & after stool)
Sitz bath
Warm water + little salt → sit 10–15 min, 2 times daily

It is distressing to deal with persistent anal pain and spasms, especially when initial treatments don’t provide the relief you need.
​1. Internal Medicines
​Abhayarishtam: 25 ml twice daily after food with an equal quantity of lukewarm water. (Excellent for mild laxation and healing the anorectal canal).
​Pilogest Capsule: 1 capsule twice daily after food. (Specifically formulated for pain, swelling, and itching in the anal region).
​Triphala Gulgulu: 2 tablets twice daily after food with warm water. (Acts as an anti-inflammatory and helps in healing the sphincter spasm).
​2. External Applications & Procedures
​Lipisiddh Ointment: Apply locally before and after defecation. It helps soothe burning and itching.
​Jatyadi Keratailam: This is a crucial addition. Use it for Pichu (soaking a sterile gauze piece in the oil and keeping it at the anal opening) or as a local application to heal any underlying mucosal tears.
​Avagaha Sweda (Sitz Bath): Add 10 ml of
Dhanwantharam Thailam or simply a spoonful of Triphala Churna to a tub of warm water. Sit in it for 10–15 minutes twice a day. This is the most effective way to relieve a hypertonic sphincter.
