It’s a herbal syrup which can be too strong for infants. My suggestion to you is Don’t give it. Instead use ajwain water few drops or gentle tummy masage + burping. You can use hing water as local application near navel area. It pain persists than refer to pediatrician immediately.

Yes, but in low quantity. Abhayarishta 1 teaspoon 3 times Dasamoolahareethaki Lehyam 1 teaspoon 2 times.
