Diabetes Is not about sugar consumption but is about how your body utilise and manage blood glucose. At 130 140 sugar level it’s manageable. It’s all about daily routine which include diet and exercise and stress level. In diet avoid packed or processed food,cold water,potato,curd,milk,Parathas,Bread,sugary cereals. Can have buttermilk with cumin and rock salt. Take green tea or ginger tea(no milk/sugar) have light meals more like veg soup,daliya,moong/masoor chilla, roasted Makhana/chana. Bitter is better. Try to avoid wheat instead use barley jwar bajara. Use Turmeric, Cumin, Ginger, and Black Pepper in every meal to boost metabolism. Do exercise daily including Yoga and breathing exercise(Pranayama). Stay happy and active. You Can keep taking Divya madhunashini. Diabetes require long term efforts and medication to suppress.may be months before we see significant positive results You can do 1 test HbA1c.

Ayurveda mein diabetes (Madhumeha) ko sirf blood sugar level kam karne ke taur par nahi, balki Agni (digestive fire) aur Ojas (vitality) ko balance karne ke roop mein dekha jata hai. ​Aapne Divya Madhunashini shuru ki hai, jo ki ek acchi aushadhi hai, par Kerala Ayurveda ke products ke saath ise kaise manage karna hai, niche dekhiye: ​ ​Ayurveda ke anusar, sugar sirf meetha khane se nahi hoti. Stress, sedentary lifestyle, aur kaph-vardhak diet se sharir mein “Aama” (toxins) bante hain jo insulin ke kaam mein rukawat dalte hain.
