When you have PCOS and gut issues, fatigue often stems from Agni (digestive fire) being weak, leading to the buildup of Ama (toxins). ​The “Energy” Drink Strategy ​Avoid sugary energy drinks or heavy caffeine, which cause blood sugar crashes. Instead, try: ​CCF Tea (Cumin, Coriander, Fennel): This is the gold standard for PCOS and gut issues. It eases bloating, improves nutrient absorption, and stabilizes blood sugar. ​Warm Lemon & Ginger Water: A pinch of ginger boosts Agni to fight fatigue, while the lemon provides a gentle alkaline lift. ​Amla Juice: Rich in Vitamin C, it helps with iron absorption (crucial for heavy periods) and regulates blood sugar. ​ ​In Ayurveda, your symptoms suggest a Vata-Kapha imbalance. The heavy periods and PCOS point to Artava Vaha Srotas (reproductive channel) congestion, while the low blood sugar and fatigue indicate your body isn’t converting food into “Ojas” (vital energy). You need to clear the “sludge” (Ama) to let the energy flow. ​Ayurveda Medicine : ​1. For Hormonal Balance & Heavy Periods ​Medicine: Ashokarishtam ​Dose: 15–20 ml mixed with an equal amount of lukewarm water, twice daily after meals. It is a “vitality tonic” that strengthens the gut and relieves fatigue. ​3. For PCOS & Metabolism ​Medicine: Kanchanara Gulgulu ​Dose: 2 tablets twice daily with warm water before food. This helps clear “cysts” or blockages in the tissues.
