What to do about cloudy urine in the morning for a Vata dominant person? - #53719

Hello. I am 35years old, 1,75m tall and weigh 60kg. Generally I feel in good health, I do yoga and live an active life, and try to incorporate Ayurveda into my life as much as possible. I am vegetarian and I do not eat fish, but do eat egg and cheese occasionally. I live in Europe and in a cold country with not much sunlight. I have a dominant Vata dosha, followed by Pitta, then Kapha. My first urine in the morning seems quite cloudy. It is clear enough to, for example, read a page through the cup containing my urine. But, it seems cloudy compared to my wife’s urine. She has a dominant Pitta dosha. My urine does not have a distinct smell. When I drop a small drop of sesame oil into the cup of urine, the sesame drop spreads out on the surface, but it does not move down. It simply spreads out. The colour of my urine is yellowish/ goldenish, but not a strong or deep yellow. As said, you can see well through it. Overall I feel well, just bothered that my urine is not clear. I do not necessarily feel heavy or sluggish, nor do I feel congested or have a lot of mucus. Any advice on how to clear my urine? Or is some cloudiness okay? Thank you in advance!
