At 10 years, many boys are still pre-pubertal Penis size is usually small and varies widely Rapid growth happens later during Puberty (typically 11–15 yrs) So comparing with other boys can be misleading. Do NOT panic or compare Ensure proper nutrition (proteins, milk, fruits) Encourage physical activity Maintain healthy weight Milk + ghee daily 4–5 soaked almonds Proper protein intake Outdoor play + exercise Focus on nutrition and overall growth—genital development will occur naturally during puberty.

10 saal ki umar mein penis ka size alag-alag bachchon mein naturally different hota hai. Is age par comparison sahi nahi hota. Puberty abhi start hone wali hoti hai, aur uske baad natural growth hoti hai. Agar baaki development normal hai aur koi aur symptom nahi hai, to abhi koi treatment ki zarurat nahi hai. Sirf regular growth aur development ko monitor karein.

this is related to Dhatu development and balance of Vata–Pitta–Kapha If the child is otherwise healthy and active, it is generally not considered a disease 1. Nutrition Proper nutrition supports Shukra Dhatu development: Milk with ghee daily Soaked almonds Pulses like black chana, moong Green vegetables and fruits 2. Digestion Good Agni (digestion) is essential: Avoid junk and heavy food Give fresh, light meals
