this condition is due to imbalance of Kapha and Meda dhatu (fat tissue) affecting the Yakrit (liver), leading to fatty accumulation (Medoroga). It is mainly caused by improper diet, excess oily/sweet food, and lack of physical activity. —Dx: Medoroga / Yakrit Meda Dushti — Medicines 1) Livo Aid Syrup (Aimil) 10 ml twice daily after food With lukewarm water 2) Livomyn Capsules (Aimil) 1 capsule twice daily after food 3) Arogyavardhini Vati 1 tablet twice daily after food With lukewarm water 4) Punarnava Mandur 1 tablet twice daily after food 5) Triphala tab – 1 tab at bedtime with warm water - Pathya (Diet & Lifestyle): Light, easily digestible food (Laghu bhojan) -Avoid: sugar, fried food, maida, excess oil Increase: green vegetables, bitter foods (Tikta rasa) Daily brisk walk 30–45 minutes Early dinner (before 8 pm) - Follow-up: After 30 days with LFT + lipid profile
