I have a problem of acid bloating and lose of appetite and at times acute pain stomach pain at the centre of lower abdomen can you let me know what to take

You can start with Sutshekhar ras-1-0-1 before food Chew half an inch of raw ginger piece with black salt in the morning empty stomach Start taking dhanwantharam gulika 1-1-1 after food… aarogyavardhini vati-1-0-1 after food If the motion is fine, no constipation then it will be fine with this only… If constipation exists then start taking avipattikar churn 1 tsp with warm water in the night
