Your condition looks like an imbalance of Pitta Dosha and Kapha Dosha, along with disturbance in Artava Dhatu. –Excess Pitta → causes red, inflamed pimples –Excess Kapha → leads to oily skin and clogged pores –Disturbed Artava → causes irregular/scanty periods ------Rx: 1) Tab. Gandhak Rasayan – 1 tab bd after food 2) Tab. Kaishore Guggulu – 2 tab bd after food 3) Syrup/Tab. Ashokarishta – 15 ml bd with equal water after food 4) Tab. ●A simple traditional face mask: • Multani mitti - 2 teaspoons Neem powder - 1/2 teaspoon • Manjistha powder - 1/2 teaspoon Mulethi powder - 1/2 teaspoon Sandalwood powder - 1/4 teaspoon • Turmeric - 1 pinch Borosilicate ash - 1/8 teaspoon • Rose water or aloe vera gel - as needed Method: Mix all the ingredients to make a thin paste. Apply it only to the pimple area or in a thin layer all over the face. After 10-12 minutes, wash it off with lukewarm water. This can be used 2-3 times a week. ●Why this paste is considered useful: Neem - Helps cleanse the skin and reduce the tendency to break out. Manjishtha - For redness and old scars. Mulethi - To soothe the skin. Sandalwood - To reduce excess heat and irritation. • Borax Bhasma - For excess oil and inflamed pimples. Multani Mitti - For excess oil and clogged pores. If pimples are very red, painful, or reoccur, another simple remedy is also used. Second remedy: At night, take 1/4 teaspoon of Triphala powder and fennel water in 1 glass of lukewarm water, which cools the body heat. This can be taken in the morning on an empty stomach or at night, 1 hour after meals. ●Triphala and Neem are considered in Ayurveda to reduce excess body heat, digestive disorders, and skin effects. When the stomach, sleep, and daily routine improve, the face often begins to gradually calm down. Also, keep a few small things in mind: Drink enough water during the day Reduce spicy, fried, and excessively sweet foods Don’t touch your face repeatedly Reduce staying up late Don’t squeeze pimples ●Coral Powder •Kaharwa Powder •Giloysat •Pearl Powder Mix all the herbs and make 60 packets. Consume with water and honey half an hour before breakfast and dinner. ●Ashokarishta Mix 4 teaspoons of the herb with 4 teaspoons of water and consume after meals in the morning and evening. ●Stree Rasayan Vati •Garbhasava 40 grams Take 2 tablets each with lukewarm water after meals in the morning and evening. Note: 1 gram of Lajwanti Panchang powder mixed with ghee and consumed in the morning and evening is beneficial for menorrhagia and leucorrhoea.

Your symptoms — long-standing inflamed acne, oily skin, irregular/scanty periods, weight gain, and sedentary lifestyle — strongly suggest a hormonal and metabolic imbalance. In Ayurveda, this is commonly related to aggravated Pitta and Kapha dosha with disturbance in Rakta dhatu (blood tissue) and Artava dhatu (female hormonal/reproductive system). Conditions similar to PCOS patterns are often seen with this combination. Since the acne is chronic and bright red, the focus should be on reducing internal heat, improving metabolism, balancing hormones naturally, and cleansing the blood gently. Ayurvedic Management Diet & Lifestyle Avoid fried foods, excess dairy, sugar, bakery items, soft drinks, and spicy/junk food Reduce late-night sleeping and prolonged sitting Drink warm water throughout the day Include bitter and cooling foods: neem, bottle gourd, cucumber, coriander, amla, pomegranate Exercise daily for at least 30–40 minutes (walking, yoga, surya namaskar) to improve metabolism and hormonal balance Manage stress, as hormones and acne worsen with mental strain Helpful Ayurvedic Remedies Neem and Manjistha — traditionally used for blood purification and inflammatory acne Triphala at night — helps digestion and detoxification Amla — supports skin and reduces excess Pitta Shatavari — may help support female hormonal balance If periods remain very irregular, classical medicines like Kanchanar Guggulu or Ashokarishta are sometimes External Care Wash face 2–3 times daily with gentle herbal cleanser Avoid harsh scrubbing or heavy oily creams Multani mitti with rose water can help reduce oiliness occasionally

Hello, This is a classic hormonal + metabolic acne pattern , not just a skin issue Your symptoms point strongly to PCOS- type imbalance (kapha + pitta + rakta dushti) Ayurvedic cause -kapha= oily skin, weight gain -pitta + rakta dushti= red, inflamed acne -artava dushti= irregular/ scanty periods -sedentary lifestyle= worsens all So treatment must target -hormones -blood purificatiion -metabolism Internal medications 1) Hormonal balance -kanchanar guggulu= 2 tabs twice daily after meals =best for pcos pattern = weight + cystic tendency 2) Blood purification -Mahamanjisthadi kashaya= 15ml + water twice daily after meals =reduces redness, inflammation acne marks 3) Acne = skin detox support -Gandhak rasayan= 1 tab twice daily after meals =chronic acne specialist 4) Period regulation + hormonal correction -Rajahpravartini vati=1 tab twice daily after meals =improves menstrual flow 5) Metabolism + weight correction -Triphala churna= 1 tsp at night with warm water =detox + weight support External skin care -Face wash= neem based -Apply paste of Multani mitti + rose water thrice week -avoid heavy creams/ oils Diet -warm water whole day -green vegetables= bottle gourd -fruits like papaya, pomegranate Avoid -sugar, bakery, dairy excess -fried, junk ,cold drinks -late night eating Lifestyle -daily exercise 30-40 min -MUST FOR PCOS -sweating is important -sleep before 11 pm Expected results -2-3 weeks= less inflammation -4-6 weeks= reduced new acne -2-3 months= hormonal + cycle improvement This is chronic for 12 years-> needs minimum 3 months treatment -avoid frequent switching of prouducts This is not just acne, it’s hormonal imbalance + blood toxicity + metabolism issue Treat internally= results will sustain Only creams= temporary relief Do follow Hope this might be helpful Thank you

thank you doctor

Your symptoms (long-term acne, oily skin, irregular/scanty periods, weight gain) suggest a hormonal imbalance with Pitta + Kapha involvement. So treatment should focus on hormone balance + metabolism + skin detox, not just creams. Keep routine regular. Avoid oily, fried, spicy, bakery and dairy excess. Reduce sugar and packaged food. Include warm, light meals and increase water intake. Daily exercise (even 30–40 min walk) is very important. Do not pick or squeeze pimples. At home: Neem water (boiled and cooled) can be used to wash face Apply turmeric + sandalwood paste 2–3 times/week Warm water with lemon in morning * Arogyavardhini vati – 1 tablet twice daily after food * Mahamanjishtadi kwath – 15 ml with equal water twice daily * Kanchanar Guggulu – 1 tablet twice daily after food This helps reduce acne inflammation, balance hormones, and regulate periods gradually. Give at least 6–8 weeks with consistency. Weight control will also improve results. Regards, Dr Raghuveer (Ayurvedacharya)

1.Gandhak rasayan 2 tab twice daily with water after meals 2.Pariathadi kwath 20 ml iwth 20 ml water twice daily after meals 3.Mahatikta ghrita 1 tsp with warm milk or water empty stomach in the morning 4.Rajah pravartini vati 1 tab twice daily with water after meals 5.Triphala churna 1 tsp at bedtime with warm water External Skin Care Since your skin is oily and the pimples are bright red (indicating high Pitta/heat), keep topical treatments cooling and non-greasy. -Face Pack: Apply a paste of Multani Mitti (Fuller’s earth) and Rose Water 2–3 times a week to absorb excess oil. -Neem Wash: Use a Neem-based herbal face wash to provide natural antibacterial support without harsh chemicals. Lifestyle & Diet Ayurveda emphasizes that “creams alone” won’t fix a 12-year problem; you must change the internal environment. -Move More: Daily exercise (30–40 minutes of walking or Surya Namaskar) is mandatory to improve metabolism and hormonal health. -Pathya (Dos): Drink warm water throughout the day. Include cooling foods like bottle gourd, cucumber, and pomegranate. -Apathya (Don’ts): Strictly avoid fried foods, excess dairy, refined sugar, and bakery items, which aggravate Kapha (oiliness) and Pitta (inflammation).
