1.Ksheerbala taila 2.Ashwagandhadi taila 3.Bala taila 4.Urjas taila Usage Guidelines -Daily massage possible hai, lekin sirf gentle application karein (2–3 drops). -Avoid glans (tip) par direct oil lagana, kyunki wahan sensitivity zyada hoti hai. -Oil ko lukewarm karke use karein taaki absorption achhi ho. -Agar fragrance chahiye to herbal infused coconut oil (jaise lavender, sandalwood) choose karein — ye mild aur safe hote hain.
