Hello, Aapki umar sirf 23 saal hai aur itni thakan aur saans fulne ki dikkat (dyspnea) hona ye sanket deta hai ki sharir mein Vata dosha badha hua hai aur Ojas (immunity/energy) ki kami hai. Ayurveda ke mutabik ye “Dhatu Kshaya” (nutrition ki kami) ya “Aama” (toxins) ki wajah se ho sakta hai. ​Sabs pahle kisi doctor se milkar apna Hemoglobin (Hb) aur Vitamin D3/B12 check karwayein, kyunki thakan aur saans fulna aksar anemia ya deficiency se hota hai. ​ Ayurveda Medicines: 1. ​Muscle Pain ke liye: Dhanwantharam Thailam se rozana halki malish (Abhyanga) karein aur 30 mins baad garm pani se naha lein. 2. ​Energy aur Strength ke liye: Ashwagandhadi Lehyam 1 chammach (10-15g) din mein do baar khane ke baad garm doodh ke sath lein. 3. ​Saans fulne aur Thakan ke liye: Dasamoolarishtam 15-20 ml barabar matra mein pani milakar din mein do baar khane ke baad lein. 4. ​Nerve aur Muscle Support ke lie Balarishta 15 ml Dasamoolarishtam ke sath hi milakar le sakte hain. ​Raat ko 7-8 ghante ki neend lein. ​Thanda pani aur junk food band karein. ​Doodh mein haldi aur thoda ghee dalkar peena shuru karein.

Aapke lakshan (manspeshiyon me dard, subah thakan, chalne par jaldi thakna, saans me dikkat) Vata dushti + kamjori ki taraf sanket dete hain. Saath me kisi underlying problem (jaise anemia, thyroid, ya vitamin deficiency) bhi ho sakti hai, isliye agar severe ho to basic tests karwana zaroori hai. 1. Aushadhi: Ashwagandha Churna – 3 g, din me 2 baar, doodh ke saath Yograj Guggulu – 2 tablet, din me 2 baar, khane ke baad Dashmoolarishta – 15 ml + 15 ml paani, din me 2 baar, khane ke baad Brahmi Vati – 1 tablet, raat ko (thakan aur stress ke liye) 2. Agar saans ki dikkat zyada ho: Sitopaladi Churna – 2 g, shahad ke saath, din me 2 baar 3. Bahya upchar (external): Mahanarayan Taila se roz halka massage (especially dard wali jagah) Diet & routine: Garam, poshak aahar (doodh, ghee, moong dal, khichdi) Thanda, fast food, excess chai-coffee avoid Roz halka yoga + pranayama (Anulom Vilom)

Yeh sirf weakness nahi, balki low stamina + possible deficiency (Vit D, B12, Hb) + Vata imbalance ka sign ho sakta hai. Sabse pehle: Ek baar basic tests karwa lena better rahega (Hb, Vitamin D, B12) Abhi ke liye: Routine sudharein: Late night jagna band karein 7–8 ghante ki proper sleep lein Daily halka walk start karein (overexertion na karein) Diet: Doodh, ghee, dal, green vegetables include karein Bahut spicy, junk aur cold food avoid karein Ghar par: Subah dhoop me 10–15 min baithna (Vitamin D support) Raat ko doodh + 3–4 bhige badam Hafte me 3–4 din body oil massage (til oil) Ashwagandha churna – 1 teaspoon doodh ke saath raat ko Chyawanprash – 1 teaspoon subah Yograj Guggulu – 1 tablet twice daily after food Yeh strength, muscle recovery aur energy improve karega. Important: Agar saans ki dikkat badhe, chest pain aaye ya bahut zyada weakness ho, to turant doctor ko dikhayein. 2–4 weeks me gradual improvement expected hai.
