साल से बवासीर और नाइट फॉल दोनों की समस्या होना आयुर्वेद अनुसार मुख्यतः वात-पित्त असंतुलन, कमजोर पाचन, कब्ज, मानसिक तनाव और शरीर की धातु कमजोरी से जुड़ा हो सकता है। बार-बार कब्ज और शरीर में गर्मी बढ़ने से बवासीर बढ़ती है, जबकि तनाव, कमजोरी, देर रात जागना और मानसिक उत्तेजना नाइट फॉल को बढ़ा सकते हैं। आयुर्वेदिक उपचार बवासीर (Piles) के लिए त्रिफला चूर्ण 1 चम्मच रात को गुनगुने पानी से → कब्ज साफ करने और मल त्याग आसान करने में मदद करता है। अर्शकुठार रस / अभयारिष्ट → आयुर्वेद में बवासीर के लिए उपयोगी माने जाते हैं। गुदा क्षेत्र पर जत्यादि तेल या नारियल तेल हल्का लगाएँ। नाइट फॉल के लिए अश्वगंधा चूर्ण 1 चम्मच दूध के साथ रात में → कमजोरी, तनाव और धातु क्षीणता में लाभकारी। शिलाजीत या चंद्रप्रभा वटी ली जा सकती है। खान-पान क्या लें फाइबर युक्त भोजन सलाद, फल, पपीता, भीगे किशमिश पर्याप्त पानी छाछ और हल्का भोजन क्या न लें बहुत मसालेदार, तला-भुना भोजन शराब, धूम्रपान ज्यादा चाय-कॉफी देर रात जागना और अश्लील कंटेंट जीवनशैली रोज़ 20–30 मिनट टहलना लंबे समय तक बैठना कम करें तनाव कम करें, पर्याप्त नींद लें कब्ज बिल्कुल न होने दें बेहोशी / fainting के लिए जरूरी सलाह बार-बार बेहोशी आना केवल कमजोरी नहीं भी हो सकता। इसके लिए BP, Hb (खून की कमी), Blood Sugar, Vitamin B12 और ECG की जांच करवाना जरूरी है।

Piles ki wajah se sharir mein kamzori aati hai, jo dizziness ya fainting ka karan ban sakti hai. ​Aapki 9 saal purani problem ke liye Kerala Ayurveda ki ye medicines madadgar ho sakti hain: ​ ​Ayurveda ke anusar, purani bawaseer (Piles) Agnimandya (low digestive fire) aur Constipation se hoti hai. Jab pet saaf nahi hota, toh nason par dabav padta hai. Is sust pachan ka asar aapke nervous system par bhi padta hai, jisse chakkar ya kamzori (fainting) mehsoos hoti hai. ​ Ayurveda Medicines & Dosage 1. ​Abhayarishtam Piles aur kabz ke liye sabse behtar liquid hai. Dose: 15-20 ml ko barabar matra mein gungune paani ke saath milakar din mein do baar, khane ke baad lein. 2. ​Dusparsakadi Kwath Ye jalan, dard aur piles ke masson ko kam karne mein madad karta hai. Dose: 15 ml Kwath ko 60 ml gungune paani mein milakar subah aur sham khali pet lein. 3. ​Saraswatarishtam Fainting, ghabrahat aur mansik kamzori ke liye behtar tonic hai. Dose: 15 ml raat ko khane ke baad barabar paani ke saath lein. 4. ​Manasamitra Vatakam Agar fainting stress ya dimaagi thakan se hai. Dose: 1 goli roz raat ko sone se pehle gungune doodh ke saath lein. ​ ​Fiber Badhayein: Zyada se zyada hare patte wali sabziyan aur phal khaayein. ​Paani: Din bhar mein kam se kam 3-4 litre paani piyein. ​Parhez: Teekha (Spicy), tala-bhuna aur maida bilkul band kar dein.
