Focus on herbs that balance Vata and nourish Shukra Dhatu: •​Ashwagandha: Known as a natural rejuvenator, it helps balance testosterone levels and reduces stress-induced growth inhibition. •​Shatavari: Excellent for overall tissue nourishment. Both Ashwagandha+ satavari powder mix well and take 3gm per day both time after food with luckwarm milk •Sometimes the hair follicles are present but dormant due to poor localized circulation. •​Nasya: This is the Ayurvedic practice of putting 2 drops of Anu Taila or warm Brahmi Ghrita in each nostril daily. Jab sharir mein Pitta aur Vata ka balance bigadta hai ya nutrition follicles tak nahi pahunchta, toh growth slow ho jati hai. 23 saal ki age me beard growth kam hona kabhi kabhi hormonal ya genetic factors ki wajah se hota hai. Sirf oils se har case me result nahi milta, especially agar hair follicles weak ya inactive ho. Proper sleep, protein-rich diet, exercise aur stress control beard growth ke liye important hain. Junk food aur late night routine avoid karein. Ghar par week me 2–3 baar halka massage coconut oil ya castor oil ke saath kar sakte hain, lekin excessive rubbing avoid karein. Ashwagandha churna – 1 teaspoon doodh ke saath raat ko Kaunch beej churna – 1 teaspoon doodh ke saath raat ko Amla tablets – 1 tablet din me 2 baar Agar beard bilkul bhi nahi hai, to ek baar testosterone aur hormonal evaluation karwana useful rahega.
