I’ve recently been prescribed Panchavalkala Kwatha for a recurring urinary tract infection (UTI), and I want to know if I’m using it the right way. My doctor said Panchavalkala Kwatha is great for soothing the urinary tract and reducing inflammation, but I’ve only been using it for a week, and the results are slow. For context, I’ve had UTIs on and off for years. It usually starts with a burning sensation and frequent urination, and sometimes I even see blood in my urine. This time, the doctor recommended Panchavalkala Kwatha because I didn’t want to take antibiotics again. I’ve been taking Panchavalkala Kwatha twice a day, but I’m not sure if it’s enough. Does anyone know how long it takes for Panchavalkala Kwatha to show results? Should I make any changes to my diet while using it? I’ve been trying to drink more water and avoid spicy foods, but the burning hasn’t completely gone away. Also, can Panchavalkala Kwatha be used as a preventive remedy for future infections? I’ve read that Panchavalkala Kwatha is made from five bark extracts and is good for wound healing and skin conditions too. Does it mean it works on internal healing as well?
