First thing, hydration is super important, but ensure you’re sipping warm water throughout the day rather than chugging large amounts in one go. This helps to balance your agni (digestive fire) without overwhelming it. Adding cumin or coriander seeds to the water can boost its cleansing effect.

Dieta-wise, think about cutting down on spicy, sour, and salty foods for a bit. Instead, lean into a diet that’s easy on the digestive system, like kichari (a rice and lentil dish that’s super nourishing). It may sound a bit boring, but it’s great for creating balance.
