It seems like you’re experiencing a combination of skin, hair, and digestive issues, which could be linked to imbalances in your body, particularly with vata and pitta doshas. Melasma, hyperpigmentation, and dull skin are often signs of excess pitta, which could also contribute to your hair fall and greying. To address these concerns, I would recommend a holistic approach that includes balancing pitta with cooling herbs like aloe vera, neem, and sandalwood. For your skin, you can use a mild herbal paste of turmeric and gram flour, and drink herbal teas with triphala and coriander to help with digestion and detox. For constipation, incorporate fiber-rich foods, warm liquids, and herbs like psyllium husk and Isabgol. For your back pain, try gentle stretching and strengthening exercises to release the effects of anesthesia on the muscles, and consider using oils like Ashwagandha and Mahanarayan for massage. Additionally, nourishing your body with a diet rich in antioxidants, healthy fats, and protein will help to improve hair quality and skin tone. A personalized Ayurvedic consultation can guide you more precisely based on your constitution and specific imbalances.

Alright, let’s dive into this. You’ve got a lot going on, right? That’s completely understandable after such changes in your life. You know, in Ayurveda, we always aim to understand the root cause, so let’s break it down a bit.

Your skin issues like melasma, hyperpigmentation, dullness, and wrinkles, they’re often linked to imbalances in Pitta dosha. Pitta, being the fire element, can cause heat-related issues, affecting skin texture and color. For this, cooling and Pitta-pacifying foods are crucial. Think about introducing more cucumbers, aloe vera, and cooling teas like peppermint or fennel. Applying a paste of sandalwood and rose water can help too. Just don’t overdo it, couple times a week should be okay.

As for the hair fall and greying, it seems like a Vata dosha play along with aggravated Pitta. Nutrient-rich foods such as ghee (clarified butter), almonds, and sesame seeds can nourish hair internaly. Regular oil massage with a mixture of bhringraj oil and coconut oil could potentially help too. Just let it sit for an hour before wash.

Now the constipation, huh? Quite a common issue postpartum. Triphala, an Ayurvedic herb, could be your new best friend here - it gently aids digestion. Take about a teaspoon of Triphla powder with warm water before sleep. Keep hydrated, fiber-rich foods like warm oatmeal and steamed veggies can also help keep things moving.

Regarding your back pain, gently stretching and yoga could improve your flexibility, but do couple that with Dashmooltaila oil massage if possible. Though, if the pain is severe, I would really stress to consult with a professional immediately because it’s better to be safe, alright?

Managing stress through meditation or simple breathing exercises might just be golden here - a calm mind can hugely benefit your whole body’s balance. Just take it one step at a time and don’t forget to pamper yourself a little along the healing journey.
