It sounds like, your symptoms might be linked to a few things going on simultaneously, and it all circles back to an imbalance in the Pitta and Vata doshas. With your dry, cracked feet and sticky stools, both pita and Vata might be disturbed. Let’s dive into some specific recommendations just for you:

Firstly, considering the dry and cracked skin on your feet, often pointed at a Vata imbalance, which can cause all this dryness and discomfort. You want to ensure that you are using a little more oil in your day-to-day routine. Sesame oil is great! Try to warm it slightly and apply it to your feet twice a day. If you can, do this while massaging them gently – it could help alleviate some of the pain in your heels as well. Wearing soft-soled, cushioned slippers around the house could also provide some relief.

Now, about the severe heel pain, a daily foot bath with warm water and Epsom salts could help soothe the discomfort. Make this part of your evening routine before bed. During your day, remember, not to stand too long or walk on hard surfaces without padding. If it persists, speaking to a physician for personalized pain management might be necessary.

About your digestive issues – the sticky stools, there’s likely a heat in your digestive system from Pitta imbalance. I’d suggest you include cooling, pacifying foods in your meals. Foods like cucumbers, watermelon, and sweet fruits. Avoid spicy, fried, and sour foods for now. Bitter herbs such as neem or guduchi can help bring down Pitta. Drinking water boiled with coriander seeds can also assist in cooling down your system.

Hydration’s crucial too, and adding a teaspoon of ghee in your warm water thrice a day might be beneficial for both digestive and skin health.

For all of this to work effectively, adequate rest and avoiding excessive sun exposure is vital. Try meditating or simple breathing exercises to calm the mind and balance the doshas indirectly.

However, don’t put all eggs in this basket, if your pain is unbearable or symptoms worsen, see a healthcare professional. Prompt medical attention might be necessary for a more thorough examination and treatment plan.
