Thanks madam, please guide me for one thing if I stop masterbation totally will it create any problem in future ( I am asking this because some of my friend advice me that I have to do this in the interval of 21 days if stop totally then it will create some problem) … But I want to stop masterbation totally don’t want to do it any more… Also my parents are now looking for my marriage so I don’t want any problem in my married life.

Masturbation occassionally is ok.as it is to release excess sperm formed but to do daily / frequently will only spoil your future marriage life, as excess of anything in ayurveda is not accepted In the beginning you may find difficult to follow the right but with time you will really thank your self for avoiding excess doing

STEP BY STEP YOU CAN OVERCOME THIS- 1) start taking this medications Ashwagandhadhi chmurna with shatavari and vidairkand - 3 gm with milk twice daily - strengthen semen production and reduces anxiety

Avoid all that helps you think about masturbation. When you feel so sit and concentrate on your breath. Practise regular MOOL BAND YOGA along with butterfly exercise. This will help you to teat your premature ejaculation. You cannot give up on any habit suddenly. You will have to slowly reduce the number of times you masterbate. You can do that by noting down daily how many times you have done and rewarding yourself if u limit and restraining yourself from your favourite things as a punishment if u exceed the number of times you have set a goal for .

In Ayurveda, such issues are viewed through the lens of dosha imbalance, often involving Vata dosha. Regular masturbation may lead to Ojas depletion, which is considered the essence of the body’s energy.
First, consider regulating the frequency of masturbation. Excessive loss of Shukra dhatu (reproductive tissues) through frequent ejaculation might lead to its depletion, weakening the reproductive function. Try to reduce the frequency gradually to 2 times a week or, if possible, less frequently. This helps to conserve Vrishya (the virility) and increase vitality, as Ayurveda sees Shukra as a vital life force.
In terms of diet, focus on a Vata pacifying diet: Warm, cooked foods with healthy fats, like ghee and sesame oil, are beneficial. Add more protein sources like lentils and mung beans. Herbs like Ashwagandha and Shatavari are great; they support reproductive health and reduce anxiety. Take a small pinch with warm milk twice daily.
