Please mention your recent USG report ,so that the degree of Hypoplastic uterus can be understood which is very important in treatment fixing and prognosis Eventhough the main cause of condition is congenital there are other reasons like hormonal imbalance, etc too. So we need to know the exact cause of the condition too, that obviously need a detailed consultation
Hypoplastic uterus is also called as infantile uterus. I think you should know about it. As it is a congenital anomaly, it is not curable. We can only go for symptomatic treatments.
In ayurveda, we can refer it to as Apana vayu dushti. As you said about the gas problem, these all are interconnected.
Shatavari choornam 1 tsp with warm milk daily at night.
Dhanwantaram gulika 2-2-2 after food
Hypoplastic uterus is a congenital anomaly and cannot be treated… There are some practitioners who give medicines for it but the problem is according to ayurveda UTERUS is a ASHAYA and so are other soft hollow organs of the body like the HEART, STOMACH.
I know a case who was being treated for hypoplastic uterus and suddenly was diagnosed with a hole in the heart ( as the treatment included expansion of the ASHAYA)
please be careful if you are taking anything
As far as gas problems are related take
Tab. Shankha vati 2 tabs after food ( eat like you eat hajmola or any candy)
Hypoplastic uterus can indeed present unique challenges, but Ayurveda offer some supportive recommendations that may help. As you’ve tried conventional medicines without the desired result, an integrative approach could be beneficial. Firstly, understanding your prakriti— your inherent constitution—is crucial. If your primary dosha imbalance relates to Vata, this can be particularly linked with reproductive issues like hypoplastic uterus.
For a practical approach, you may consider diet adjustments to balance Vata. Consuming warm, nourishing foods such as cooked vegetables, lentils, whole grains, and sweet fruits can be quite helpful. Including healthy fats like ghee, sesame oil, and olive oil is also recommended. Avoid raw and uncooked foods, as these may aggravate Vata.
Digestive health is foundational in Ayurveda, so enhancing your agni (digestive fire) could aid your condition and reduce gas problems. Drinking a cup of warm ginger tea before meals might improves digestion. Additionally, incorporating spices like cumin, fennel, and cardamom in your meals can help reduce gas and bloating.
Since menstruation has not occurred, combining these dietary recommendations with herbal supplements might support your system. Herbs like Ashwagandha and Shatavari are mentioned in texts for promoting reproductive health. It is best to consult a qualified Ayurvedic practitioner for personalized guidance and to ensure these supplements suit your specific constitution.
Incorporating Yoga and Pranayama (breath control) into your lifestyle can also harmonize bodily energies and promote reproductive health. Gentle poses such as Bhujangasana (Cobra Pose), and Viparita Karani (Legs-up-the-Wall) can be beneficial.
However, it’s important to maintain alignment with any existing medical treatments you are undergoing and talk with your healthcare provider when introducing new treatments, to avoid conflicts and ensure comprehensive care. If you’re experiencing severe symptoms or concerns, seeking immediate medical advice is paramount.
