The grittiness in the eyes and waking is often linked to excess kapha accumulating overnight, especially digestion is, this can also indicate early signs of ama that is under digested metabolic waste circulating in the system When ama starts blocking micro channels( srotas) dryness, and irritation in sense organ like the eyes can occur, even if momentarily The 10 KG weight gain in one year is significant in Ayurveda sudden or unexplained weight gain is usually due to impaired Medho dhatu agni-the metabolism, responsible for fat processing If diet is not change much, but weight is increasing, it often mean the body’s natural ability to burn or utilise nutrients is being blocked by excess kapha or ama Swelling in the feet while sitting suggest vata - kapha obstruction in the Udaya vata srotas (water regulating channels) possible due to fluid retention, this may be due to circulatory stagnation, poor, lymphatic drainage, or early renal insufficiency. How is your blood pressure?? Do you have any past illness?? Have you recently checked your thyroid?? How us bowel/ bladder habit is?? Is digestion/ appetite good? Swelling in feet might be due to various reasons. Need to see along with swelling, weight gain. Any other associated symptoms are present or not. So it’s better to go for routine investigations, CBC RFT LFT thyroid profile ultrasound abdomen, and pelvis So we can evaluate properly and can start treatment accordingly
